A one-year subscription to the complete ArtistsMarketOnline.com database costs $44.99 (renews automatically until you cancel).Monthly subscriptions are $5.99 per month (renews automatically until you cancel).  ArtistsMarketOnline.com now offers one-year subscriptions to just the content & listings for Artists, Designers or Photographers for $19.99 each (renews automatically until you cancel).

When you sign up for a one-year subscription you will receive a 7 day risk-free trial at the beginning of your subscription. If you cancel at any time during your first 7 days, you owe nothing. However,if you use a debit card to subscribe the funds may be held for 7days. If you cancel during the risk-free trial, the funds will not be processed.

How do I know when it's time to renew?
Prior to your service ending, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your subscription is about to expire. You can also check your expiration date by going to the My Account page. If you've signed up for monthly service, your subscription will continue until you cancel it.

If I purchased one of the books with activation code, what happens at the end of my subscription?
Prior to the end of your year of service, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your subscription is about toexpire. At that time you'll have the option of renewing at the site with your Visa, MasterCard or American Express, or you can purchase the most current edition of the book available in bookstores, or at NorthLightShop.com and renew using the activation code inside the book. No. If you want to be able to refer to information you have previously stored on ArtistsMarketOnline.com, you'll need to renew with your current subscription instead of starting a new one.

How do I change from the monthly plan to an annual subscription?
If you are currently on the monthly plan,you can change to the annual plan at any time; the annual fee will go into effect at the end of your next month, and your one-year subscription will start at that time. To change to the annual service, first go to our Contact Us page and send us an e-mail. Be sure to include your username in your message. In the body of your message, please indicate that you would like to cancel your monthly subscription and start an annual subscription. The "Advanced Search" dropdown list gives you instant access to the advanced search pages.  You can also simply search the entire listings database by the keywords of your choice via the "Market Listing Search" text box next to the "Advanced Search" options.

Updating My Account


How do I update my credit card information?
First, you must be logged into the service to change your credit card information. After you've logged in, click the My Account link located at the top of each page. Monthly subscribers can update their information at any time. Annual subscribers can enter new credit card information each time that they renew. To renew with an activation code, log into ArtistsMarketOnline.com and click the My Account link in the upper right of any page. Next, click the Renew Subscription button. Choose the one-year option and enter your Activation Code. You will not be asked to enter payment information once the activation code is validated by the database.
